Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1. This referral program is open to individuals aged 18 and older, excluding those who have a direct role in the decision-making process for hiring coaching services from Winn-Winn Coaching Group, LLC. Referrer must be lawful resident of the United States of America.

Qualifying Referral:

2. A qualifying referral is defined as the successful completion of a sale resulting from the referral of a new client to Winn-Winn Coaching Group, LLC for our corporate Color Code training or any other group trainings that we offer.

Referral Bonus:

3. Referrers will receive a gift card as a referral bonus based on the number of individuals attending our training seminar, as follows:

• Up to 10 people: $50 USD gift card

• 11-24 people: $100 USD gift card

• 25 people and up: $250 USD gift card

Payment:

4. Gift cards will be issued within 30 days of the referred client completing the sale. The gift card will be delivered electronically to the referrer's provided email address.

Referral Limitations:

5. Only one gift card will be issued per qualifying referral, regardless of the number of coaching services or packages purchased by the referred client.

Qualifying Sale:

6. To be considered a qualifying sale, the referred client must:

• Be a new client to Winn-Winn Coaching Group, LLC.

• Sign a contract for coaching services.

• Complete payment for the agreed-upon coaching services.

Exclusion of Decision-Makers:

7. Individuals who have a direct role in the decision-making process for hiring coaching services from Winn-Winn Coaching Group, LLC are not eligible for this referral bonus. We do this to ensure our integrity remains intact.

Expiration:

8. Gift cards have no expiration date and can be used in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the issuing gift card provider.

Taxes:

9. Referrers are responsible for any tax implications resulting from the receipt of the gift card. Winn-Winn Coaching Group, LLC is not responsible for any tax liabilities.

Program Changes:

10. Winn-Winn Coaching Group, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to referrers via email or on the company website.

Compliance with Laws:

11. This referral program complies with all applicable federal and state laws, including but not limited to those of the state of Utah. Eligibility for this program is dependent upon laws of referrer's local and national laws.
